“Blacklane booking was for 09:25 with driver option to wait 60 mins if delayed. Driver waited 50 mins and left. Leaving us to book a taxi for $40.00. Thank you Blacklane for your useless service.”

“There’s no benefit when the driver pulls up in a Chevy suburban-older and dented. Not a luxurious experience should just use Uber black for Half the price.”

“Service was very good. I had to request a pick-up time change and asked for online support, that worked good. The attendant did everything he could to help me, even applying the discount I had. As of now, I can see both charges at my credit card and I will wait a few days to see if it is canceled. Diver was very respectful, making me feel comfortable and secure.”
