“We have used your services in the number of different cities. It has always been of the highest quality. They are on time they’re friendly their charismatic they have given us great information and are everything that you would want in a pick up and delivery. “Driver, car and ride were great. I was surprised, though, to be asked for a tip. I thought "no tipping/everything included" was part of your business model. I know additional tips are always welcome but being asked to tip when the understanding with Blacklane is that "everything is included" feels icky, for lack of a better word. You should decide what it is. Is tip included or is it not? Do not put your customers in the uncomfortable position of wondering "Is the tip included or is it not?' "How much are they paid?" "How much do they earn?" "Should I tip?" "How much?" "Did they already get 20% and should I give them a little extra or should I tip the 20-25% I would normally tip a non-tipped driver?" The necessity of doing this type of mental gymnastics should not be part of the Blacklane experience.”
