“Excellent customer service, and punctuality! I hired Backlane to take my daughter from NYC to Philadelphia. The communication with the company and the driver was easy. The driver arrived on time and helped my daughter with her luggage. The entire experience, from scheduling on the website to the transfer, was stress-free. Highly recommended.”

“Always reliable, courteous service. Blacklane relieves the stress of ground transportation needs by being able to book in advance and have the driver look for you as opposed to "hunting" for a rideshare. Drivers are professional and vehicles are immaculate.”

“The service was awesome. We were stranded by the airline and we had to book this transfer from Vancouver to Seattle to have a minimum chance to sail on a cruise to Alaska. Our flight landed at 11:30 a.m. and the cruise was going to sail at 4:00 p.m. from Seattle. I started chatting with our driver while we were on our discent to Vancouver. We kept him updated while going through Customs and while we were waiting for our luggages. Jaspeer was outside waiting for us with a sign. He accomodated us on his car and we started our ride knowing that we dind't have many chances to make it. It was a holiday weeekd in Canada with high chances to find a long line at the Border. In fact we found a 70 minutes long line. Jaspeer had a great idea to have us buyng something at the duty free shop to cut some of it. We were back into it with the waiting time down to approx. 45 minutes. That was the trick that made that happen! We literally arrived at the pier at the very LAST MINUTE to board. Thank you Jaspeer for saving our cruise! Alessandro and Family!”

“Driver was waiting as we collected our luggage, provided a precise location for pick up and managed our luggage well. Ride was quiet and smooth. There were small bottles of water available but no other snacks. Probably could have paid less using the black car option through Uber.”
