“Cancelled ride 20 minutes before pick up. Left no message and provided no help. Had to find alternate ride to airport 90 minutes away. Offered no help and no alternatives. Should not have accepted booking and explains why driver never responded to my texts when he was supposed to be en-route.”

“We’ve now had 3 transfers with Blacklane since our arrival into Rome, I would most definitely recommend Blacklane to others, due to the comfort and we felt like kings and queens. The email and what’s app reminders are a great idea and puts me at ease. I must admit, one driver that stood out for us and giving him 10/10 iwas our Driver Versile or Valentino on 6th of August, he was very professional yet friendly and we had the most pleasant chat from our pickup point in Rome to Citivecchia with a few tips included by him. We have 2 more transfers booked with Blacklane and look very forward to them.”

“I think the forward facign guest experience is good however as a travel agent, the travel agent portal is not great and doenst feel like it's set up for agents. I still have never received a commission and I have had clients advise they are unable to modify or canel their own rides when i set them up. Not sure how it's inteneded to work, but the guest should have full access to their rides via the app with the same funtinality as if they set them up themselves.”

“My first experience with Blacklane was wonderful! The communication was great via email and text. The driver, Nikolaos, was perfectly on time and was most pleasant and helpful during our 35 minute drive to the airport. He also spoke fluent English and we enjoyed our time with him. He had chilled bottled water and the vehicle accommodated our 5 suitcases and 5 people easily. Highly recommend!”
