“I exclusively use Blacklane when traveling and they are in my opinion the best in the business. Never a disappointment They keep me fully informed about each trip with the name of the driver and all pertinant information necessary to ease my mind. I like they are available nearly anywhere in the world and no matter where, the same high class service.”

“Amazing service. It was so nice to be able to relax after our flight when we arrived and then going to the airport when we were leaving was so smooth. I have MS and having this service just ready to go took away so much stress that comes with traveling for me. Our driver was fantastic as well. We are coming back at the end of the month and will be using Blacklane again.”

“We had 2 bookings for 2 SUVs under my card. One for me, another for Race Musumba. We got delayed at immigration and customs and 1 driver left (the one assigned to Race). It was very inconvenient as we had 12 large suitcases and 5 passengers in total. We had to get a large SUV Uber to fill in the gap of the driver that left. A Refund for Race’s booking is still pending.r”
