“Often flowers don't like they do in their pictures on line - but Bloom delivered a beautiful bunch that looked like it's photo and did it on time. I would def order from them again as other previously ordered from have let me down. Thanks Bloom.”

“Hi, my flowers didn't get delivered on time but the service afterwards was excellent. I received a nice email saying sorry and an apology bouquet. I also had a refund. Very generous of BloomLocal. I would have no hesitation using them again. Lee”

“As I have never purchased flowers from this website before I live in NZ (these flowers were a gift for a family members birthday in the UK ) I was a bit specticial and worried that they wouldnt very be that nice. The communication from Bloomlocal was brilliant and I was updated by email as to the progress of the delivery and when they were delivered. I have seen a photo of the flowers from the family member and they look lovely, she was over the moon with them. Would have no hesitation using Bloomlocal again Well done and thank you:) purchaser from New Zealand”
