I ordered some flowers and had an issue with them, so the sales team very quickly got in contact and resolved the issue. I cannot rate 5 due to the reasons stated above, but the team is excellent at resolving issues for sure, so thank you very much

Delivered on time and a pretty decent small arrangement of seasonal flowers I had sent to my wife at her work premises….however at £60 it had to be really didn’t it ?to be honest it’s extortionate but I needed the service and they provided it.

My husband ordered me flowers for mothers day and what arrived was not as advertised wilting already and not worth the price paid. I emailed a complaint and was responded to within 15 minutes by a very helpful chap who offered to refund my order fully and sent me out a replacement bouquet. Customer service is impeccable. Well done Bloom local 👏 4 stars only due to the flowers. The customer service being so responsive and helpful would be 5star

Flowers were perfect and arrived as described. Only negative is the Card with a message on was not with the flowers when they arrived.

Very impressed by letting me flowers had been delivered & the time. My cousin sent a pic of them & they were gorgeous.

Where initially sent to the wrong address and instead of the ordered colors white flowers were sent. However Customer Services was very good on handling the situation and therefore would consider using them again.

It seems like any order gets passed down a line! I was not happy to hear from you this week about my order delivered a month ago. I thought I was going to be charged twice until I phoned you from New Zealand asking what it was all about - an administrative error you said!

The Bloom Local flowers were excellent and delivered on time, well done. BUT the feeder website LondonFlowerShops.co.uk where I found them via a search engine left a very bad taste in my mouth as they were incompetent and greedy. So, if you can order from Bloom Local directly, do so, avoid LondonFlowerShops.co.uk at all costs! This would be helped if Bloom Local answered emails or phone enquiries as then no confusion would arise. The actual flowers were lovely though.

The online booking was very easy. The only thing that I was unhappy with is the number of characters allowed in the Message for the Card.

Lovely choice of flowers. They were for my mums 83rd birthday. Dad said they were the best I’d sent which I think says it all.

Flowers were beautiful and still going strong so my friend tells me so almost 2 weeks. Downside i changed the date of delivery but it didn't happen .
