“I have decided to rate the service 4 out of 5 stars as I was satisfied with my order besides one somewhat minor issue. I will first start with the positives, as I found myself very impressed that despite placing my order at 1pm, my order was delivered the very same day. The quality of the flowers was also rather good, with freestanding packaging which allowed the flowers to be displayed without the need for a vase. However, upon receiving the flowers, the recipient made me aware that the note I had requested to be wrote on the card did not match what was actually written, with the message written on the card not actually amounting to a coherent sentence. As much as this might have been disappointing, I consider it a somewhat minor issue given the quick service and delivery”

“The flowers were beautiful and were delivered on the same day as ordered. The communication In ordering on the phone was difficult as there was a language barrier and everything needed to be spelt out several times per word including the card and the addresses, but in all I was happy with the result”

“had flower,s deliverd to daughter in law when she came out of hospital to wish her well prompt delivery but she didn,t know who they were from because they forgot the card but it was deliverd later in the day when someone realised easy mistake i suppose but at the price you don,t expect mistakes like this. but would recomendto other,s as i suppose this was a one off.”

“Great service. Unfortunately, the delivery couldn't be made the same day as requested because the local florist didn't have enough flowers. I understand in the current climate these things happen and I was advised quickly and the delivery was made the next day. I would definitely use Bloom Local again”

“Ordered a bouquet for same day delivery. The flowers were delivered, but my sister didn’t hear the doorbell and the flowers were left outside. Unfortunately no note was left to say she’d had a missed delivery and so they were outside until I asked if she’d received them (as they were a surprise she wasn’t expecting anything). The flowers delivered are lovely, but please just drop a note through the door to say there’s been a delivery if you have to leave the package in a safe place.”

“The mix of colours wasn't as bright as what what pictured (I guess it depends what is in stock at different times of the year), but the bouquet was beautiful, and my friend who received it absolutely loved it. I ordered the flowers in the morning, and she had them that same afternoon. It was very easy to place the order through the website, which is especially important when ordering from one country for a friend in another.”
