“The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable about ladders and knew the ins and outs which was nice. She sympathised about how the new stupid rules around ladders and their construction hampers professional users. Have used browns before and will again.”

“Bought a Zarges ladder from Brown’s at a very competitive price. Unfortunately it had suffered some damage in delivery which I reported by email same day. The following morning I got an email back to say an alternative ladder had been organised on a next day delivery / collection, which arrived just as promised. Recommended supplier.”
