“Fantastic service, we rang wanting some advice and a lovely lady answered the phone and went out of her way to help us. When we ordered the ladders I gave a time to collect them and they were waiting for us. A lovely gentleman helped me by putting them into the car for me. Very organised and extremely helpful”

“A company I'll happily recommend to others. Prompt and courteous communication regarding my order. For the ladder I was looking at other websites seemed to have out of date and inaccurate information. Browns was correct and the pricing was good. If you have a query you can easily get a response. Very happy with my ladder too. Does exactly what I wanted it to and I feel secure on it.”

“Ladder is light for such a tall ladder and very stable. The height table had good information but was hard to read and I am not sure if it gave base size as tripod is wide to be stable so won’t fit in a narrow gap. Was delivered very quickly and good price. The offer of free rubber feet was good but they were tricky to fit so would have been better if they were put on before delivery”

“My ladder was out of stock when i ordered, however i was given a delivery date which i was happy with, yet it became available before that and was delivered early which was good. The ladder is perfect for my needs which is mainly to do the windows inside and out on the conservatory as well as the guttering--so as you can tell its versatility is good and is much more robust and secure than my previous one”

“I picked this ladder as it was light but able to carry a heavy weight and being safety compliant (which is why it was more expensive). Was up a 7 metre wall yesterday and it felt incredibly sturdy with no wobbles.”
