“We had the PAIO360] Henchman 3.6m Professional Platform Tripod Ladder With 3 Adjustable Legs. It is a great ladder and does what it says. Was very stable on soft ground and still felt very stable when at the very top of the ladder. Platforms were comfortable to stand on.”

“Great service from the first email I sent to them, regarding postage for the item I wanted to Purchase, when I rang to place order and pay over phone the lady was fantastic (Tracy) I think her name was. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything from the emails to the final ordering and payment. Great company, great staff and brilliant product, very happy with it. Arrived within 3 days and I live outside the Uk, but within the British isles. Can’t recommend enough, will definitely be using again.”

“Great Service from Browns, appeared cheapest from my searches and will be using again after my experience with Browns. I emailed a question regarding a ladder, then later saw a diagram which explained my question and made the order. The next morning Cathy called before posting to make sure I was completely happy as she’d seen my question. Posted that day and Ladders arrived promptly after. Won’t bother looking elsewhere in the future.”

“Our new Hendon ladders have just arrived after only 3 working days from ordering. They are fantastic. Great personal service from telephone enquiry through to receiving the ladders. Oh, and they were the best price and we got a free set of secateurs! Happy days. Would certainly recommend”

“Apparently returns come at a cost of a 20% handling fee. Terrible customer service for a company providing high end products. Very dissapointed and wont be using or reccommending them again”
