“Some years ago I purchased a Hendon 3.4m tripod ladder for my garden, to ease access to high yew hedges. This was so much better than extending ladders or step ladders (4 legged) that I have now taken delivery of a 2.4m and a 4.8m tripod for trees and topiary ! These are easier to handle than extending ladders and feel much safer on soft or uneven ground. The service from Browns has been exemplary and I would recommend a tripod ladder to anyone who has felt unsafe on the 2 or 4 legged types!!!”

“I can’t praise the man on the counter enough, I was in despair as to how to resolve my loft ladder problem. He could not have been more helpful and although they didn’t keep the part I needed he went out of his way to help me. Consequently I have now got a fully working ladder. Such a lovely man, a credit to Browns.”

“Great service and a good price which included delivery. Delivery took only three days and the ladder is exactly as described. Others have commented on the exposed wood at the top of the ladder. I have covered it with plastic and sealed it so should not be a problem. That is a manufacturing issue and not a reflection of Brown's service.”
