“I had a problem with the product. After speaking with them the item was replaced with free return . The product was ideal for its purpose good quality however it had a small manufacturing issue. The customer service team (Amy) was excellent very professional and helpful and sorted the problem out quickly.”

“Ordered 2 different sets of front seat car covers. Took a while to arrive but emailed them to ask about estimated delivery and they promptly got back in touch. Top quality material, looks very hard wearing and fits well, just fitted so hopeful they will last a long time.”

“I ordered a made-to- measure boot liner for my Mini Cooper S from Car Mats UK. Amy @ Car Mats UK was an absolute pleasure to deal when I asked her many questions both before and after the sale to ensure that I was buying the right product for my car and whether it would fit if I fitted a grate beforehand. She was always very polite and professional when trying to resolve my various issues. I inadvertently ordered the wrong liner (Long story) but Amy did everything possible to resolve the situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Car Mats UK to anyone thinking of buying car mats/ boot liners.”

“Just got my mats, quality is excellent. The only thing I could fault is the heel pad. On the automatic Ford the heel pad is is not in the correct position. It needs to be further to the front of the mat. My heel is sitting just off the the pad. If the pad was length way rather than horizontal would be better. In say that could not find any other fault. Would not hesitate in ordering again if needed”

“Ordering process is very easy. Make sure that you check your font if you print them. I didn't, but Amy couldn't have been more helpful. Ordered on a Monday, delivered.on Thursday with the addition print on. Will definitely use again”

“Quality of these mats is top notch. Fit perfectly. I chose the black and red stripe edged finish. The red looks a bit pink and could do with a darker red thread. Not a problem for me, however, as I dyed the edges orange to match the seats.”
