“I ordered a boot liner and thought delivery was a bit late, I then had an e-mail from Amy at car mats explaining that unfortunately my order had been despatched to another customer in error, she apologised and told me another order for me had been placed - not only that but she had upgraded my mat to a better quality. I have now received my order and I'm very pleased and I'm sure my dogs will be. Excellent customer service .”
