“I ordered 2 different sets of mats, 1 for Toyota Auris and 1 for Kia Cee'd, fitted the ones for the Cee'd no problem. The driver's mat for the Auris would not allow the turnbuckles to secure the mat in place as the locating sets were too thick, so I emailed carmats and I received notification from Chloe in customer service that she had posted out to my home address 3 different types and 1 of the locating sets which I've now fitted to the mat allowing the turnbuckle to securely fix the mat”

“I do not usually respond to on line ads but I was interested in having some tailor made over mats for one of my cars. The on line form was easy to navigate and I was able to select exactly what I wanted at what I considered to be a reasonable cost. They took a little longer to arrive but I felt that this was entirely justified as they were making something to my requirements. The mats arrived by courier in a good sturdy box and I have to say that I was very pleased with the results. The important hing for me was that they are made in England. I would recommend this product.”
