“This is the second time I have purchased car mats from Car Mats UK, first for my Volvo and then the wifes Juke. I went for the same grade of mats for both vehicles and they are well made, good quality and fit perfectly. I was well impressed with my first purchase so that is why I used them again!”

“Mats fit perfectly and provide good coverage - seem very robust, being rubber they smell but hope that will fade. Can take them out to wash when they get muddy.”

“Did a bit of research on internet before deciding to buy from these guys. The website was easy to navigate, ordered a set of tailored mats for my X-Trail, submitted card details and three days later my car had great perfectly fitting mats. No reservation about recommending unreservedly.”

“The first order was lost in the post but when I called and asked if there was a problem, they immediately re-ordered and sent the seat covers out that day. They even called to check they had arrived. Great service. We will use them again for the next car. And the covers are excellent quality.”

“I would close my eyes on what to seem a misunderstanding as I know that the company is good. After placing my ordering I have made a phone call as well to check when the items will be ready and delivered. However, it seems that I misunderstood the fact I need to pick to products myself. I have made a call again last Thursday which a lady assured me that the product will be delivered by the following Friday or latest Monday. As today is almost gone, I have called again and the lady who answered the phone was not so sure about the situation. I have explained where I am currently standing with the matter and she said that I will receive it tomorrow. Anyway, tomorrow I will not be home and probably I will receive it whenever I will received considering that is already 2 and a half weeks. This would definitely put anyone off considering the amount of time waiting for some mats. Trying to be fair and not rating low as I know they are good and this might have been a matter of miscommunication.”
