“Arrived soon after order. Got a text from delivery service on day of delivery.(could have done with more notice?) but they do at least contact you. Fitted well and of good quality. Very happy with service.”

“I have a 2018 Tucson. The mats themselves arrived in good time and were a good fit, snug, including the boot mat. Just two issues. First, the heel pad for the drivers mat could be a bit more generous, as my left heel just makes contact with the edge of the heel pad. And second, I purchased the 'Luxury' quality mat, and now wonder how thin the 'standard' mat must be. I would have expected a bit more cushioning for the 'Luxury' car mat offered, the mat purchased feels thin. It may be useful for carmats-uk to provide side on pictures of the mats so that purchasers can get a better sense of the quality of the mat that they are buying, or show the different standards of mats side by side.”

“**EDITED** Long story short, had the wrong boot mat delivered in my order. After numerous emails, when staff realised the error they immediately offered a refund. Although I am entitled to one, I am using the mat as a base in my garden shed so it's only fair to update my initial review to reflect the turnaround and turn down the refund offer! I also ordered the higher end interior floor mats which fit perfectly and with the blue trim they compliment the exterior colour of my car. Thanks to Kayleigh at Car Mats Uk for seeing this one through!”

“The mats fit perfectly and are a reasonable price. The rubber isn't very thick but as I shall only use them for a few months during the winter they should be fine. As they have only just been purchased I can't vouch for durability. If they are to be used permanently, the thicker option would probably be preferable.”

“Good quality. Some problem in pushing covers down inside of seats but this is more to do with tight fit of seats rather than quality of product. S.ame comments apply to delivery as to mats”

“The mats are of great quality and better than I expected! They fit great, and make my car look much better inside. The only thing I was expecting but didn't get, (but then again I don't know if they are standard in mat sets) are the clips to fasten them down with. Other than that, great quality, great service, and pretty fast as well!”

“I bought mats for a 2012 Kia Rio. The mats were very good price and they seem a fairly good quality. The issue came when fitting the mats to the hooks in the car that keep them in place. Some force was required to get the plastic rings on the mats, over the hooks in the car. All the plastic rings broke and came apart during this process. I was able to partially repair them and they are held in place but I don't know how long they will remain like that. I didn't pay a great deal for them and other than the plastic rings the mats seem quite good quality. I just advise caution when fitting them. EDIT: After writing this review I received replacements for the plastic rings without me prompting Car Mats UK. Had to bump them from 3 to 4 stars for that good customer service.”

“Quick prompt and courteous service from this site. Perhaps the top line carpet I ordered was not quite as luxurious as I expected in my mind, but still good value for money. Despatch was quick, delivery 24 hours later and carpets fitted fine.”

“Very pleased with the mat and it makes the floor look great. Had a small issues with the floor clips but after contacting car mats they sent replacements out straight away and everything is fitting perfectly now.”
