“Previously had ordered rubber mats for my Honda Jazz ?09 and they fit perfectly. Good quality and I was very happy with them. Would have given 5 stars based on that. Was expecting the same when I recently ordered another set for a Toyota Auris (?13 Hybrid). The fit was pretty much perfect and the boot mat was decent as well. Unfortunately, this time my driver mat didn?t have a heel pad so it?s a little more slippery to pivot my foot when pressing the pedals. Not sure if it?s because I ordered a dot pattern this time instead of the diamond pattern that I got the last time. Also, the holes in the driver mat for the floors anchors are either too small or too thick since I can?t rotate the locking bit to hold the mat in place. Edit: their reply below says I didn?t order a heel pad the second time, but there simply isn?t such an option on their product page for the Auris rubber mats, so it?s not something I just forgot to select. Will contact them about the clips and see if that can be resolved. Edit 2: After contacting support, it looks like the heel pad option is no longer there for rubber mats due to manufacturing issues. Fair enough. They were really helpful with the floor clips, though, and sent me 3 different clips to try, none of which matched, however I found the right one on eBay and they agreed to refund me to cover that cost. Happy to upgrade the review to 5 stars for the great, responsive customer service.”

“These car mats are superb, just what I wanted and are a perfect fit.I do Watersports most days and needed some rubber mats as my existing ones were constantly wet and muddy. These have solved the problem for me. The clean with just a wipe down and then back dry quickly. Delivery was quick. Excellent service.”
