Hello Michael Your feedback is a little unfair as it is not truthful. We did not blame you, we merely shared a copy of your order confirmation which shows you had ordered the incorrect cartridges. We are more than happy for you to send them back for a refund or credit to use against the purchase of the correct cartridges. We will not ship the original order again as it is incorrect and will only result in you receiving the wrong cartridges again. Regards Gavin

“My toner cartridge arrived quickly and seems to work exactly as described. I managed to order the wrong cartridge to start with and when I made contact they explained how I could return the incorrect cartridge, which was then refunded. So, great and helpful service.”
