“There was a problem with Royal Mail saying they had delivered my ink cartridges when they hadn’t. A quick message to CW and a very speedy reply which resolved the matter. Well done CW, excellent customer service.”

“Cartridges turned up loose ie not boxed, as advertised, and look like two different styles. Not fitted yet, as previous ink still working. Watch this space.”

Hi Alan Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback. Last year we conducted a survey of our customers and the feedback we received suggested that the majority wanted to help reduce waste cardboard levels and this is why some of our ink cartridges are shipped unboxed. Most customers stated that they just threw the boxes away on arrival as cartridges tend to be a reactive purchase and are used straight away. With regard to your comment that the two cartridges appear to be different - on occasion we do use carefully selected supply partners when we have high demand for certain products.
