“These cartridges are twice more expensive than the competitors which is why I thought they would work. They do not! HP blocked the cartridges as the chip is non-hp. Unfortunately the customer service is desperately delayed and lacking.”

“The Toner for my Brother Laser Printer was excellent. However, the two cartridges for my Inkjet Printer did not work at all - even though my Canon printer appeared to recognise them.”

Hello Sheila Thank you for your feedback. As this is a genuine HP OEM toner cartridge please can we ask you to check that you have removed the pull tab from the side of the cartridge to remove the seal. If you have and continue to have problems please email customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk with a picture of the cartridge and batch code along with an example of the print quality. “Have obtained 3 new cartridges for my Canon Mono Laser Printer from Cartridge World. The latter is a good company to do business with. I received my items the day after placing my order. However, I would preferred it if Royal Mail had delivered them rather than DPD. The packaging was torn. Still the items were intact and undamaged. I shall continue to shop at Cartridge World.”
