“Printing with a Canon TS5150, after replacing ink with replacement black and colour cartridges from Cartridge World Ink, the printing is now very faint, tried the deep clean facility on my printer and re alignmrnt of printer heads to no avail not happy”

“I have received the printer cartridges and my printer tells me that the yellow one is uncompatible. I have put the old yellow one in and it works. I don't know why one should be incompatible when the others are fine.”

Hello Please can you email customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk with a picture of the cartridge and error and we can get this replaced for you. Before that please follow the below steps to perform a hard reset, when it comes to installing new cartridges sometimes a printer will retain information from an old cartridge and this results in the new cartridge being rejected. Remove the new cartridge(s) which are not being recognised. If you still have the old cartridges reinstall them in the printer. Any error messages should go and the printer should revert back to a low ink / toner warning With the printer on and in a ready state remove the power lead. DO NOT switch off the printer just remove the power lead. Leave without power for 3 – 4 minutes. Towards the end of this time hold down the printer power button for 30 seconds. Plug the lead back into the printer and it will switch itself back on. Once it has finished calibrating and is in a ready state, install the first new cartridge that requires changing. If you need to change all colours start with the Black After installing a new cartridge close the printer and let it calibrate/accept the new cartridge before installing the next. This method resolves most cartridge recognition problems however should it persist please let me know and I can arrange the shipment of a replacement. Kind regards Charlotte

Hello Robert Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into your order I can see you ordered the original Canon PG-540 ink cartridge which is the incorrect cartridge for your TS3150 inkjet printer. You require the PG545 Black cartridge as listed on our website. https://www.cartridgeworld.co.uk/pixma-ts3150/ Unfortunately as it has been opened and you have tried to install it we are unable to accept the return on this occasion.
