“Very good customer service, arrived quickly and it works in my printer - I’ve bought other cartridges which are blocked by my printer as being non-genuine and been unable to use them so I was very pleased.”

Good afternoon Ruth Thanks you for the feedback and for providing the 3 words so we can pass to the driver to help locate your property better. We did provide images from Google maps of the lane and limited sign posts but I still think the driver found it difficult to locate as it is mostly single track. “Excellent and prompt delivery. Cartdrige works perfectly well, a Canon compatable cartridge....and so much cheaper than the original. No complaints what so ever - just one wish though - that they would send a freepost envople for me to send back the old cartridge for recycling. As a company they would really stand out from the crowd if they would do this.”

Hello Sue Thank you for your feedback. Please can you confirm your printer model to customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk and we will provide a reset method for your printer. It sounds like the page counter has not reset and after installing it is still asking you to replace the toner. If the issue persists after trying the reset method we can arrange a replacement for you. Kind regards Gavin

“The two cartridges I ordered arrived promptly, well packaged and in excellent condition. On use, the cartridge was a huge improvement on my old one, ordered from a different site. So far, I am very pleased. And the gift was an unexpected pleasure!”

“Extremely efficient. I telephoned my questions were answered, ordered the cartridge which was cheeper than elsewhere I had enquired. Came on time now fitted and working perfectly. I shal be back for further cartridges thats for sure. Delighted.”

“I've order cartridges with you for several years, however this last order was for two black H 364XLLBK cartridges and only one was usable. The other did not print at all and appears to be empty. I've advised Charlotte of this and requested a replacement cartridge. All other business with yourselves hjas been perfecly satisfactory”
