“Couldn't get cartridge to work. Agent helped me through resetting printer to try again but no success. A replacement cartridge was sent out the same day and arrived promptly. This worked fine after installation. Good result.”

“The cartridge arrived next day amd seems to work very well. It was to replace a poor quality cartridge provided by another company; they refused to replace it claiming it had been supplied by some other company.”

“Cartridge and toner of good quality and delivered as scheduled. However, cartridge was faulty as supplied - the printer would not recognise it as being full. Had to dismantle the gear housing of the cartridge to reset the "empty" flag for it to work.”

Hello, Thank you so much for the feedback. The cartridge was not faulty, it's just sometimes there is an issue for both Brother original and after market cartridges where the page counter is not reset. If you could please send us you printer model we can provide some instructions on how to reset the page counter via the printer so you will not be required to take cartridges apart to reset it.
