“I bought 3 toner cartridges, black, yellow and magenta for an HP Color Laserjet 2600n printer. They were all DEFECTIVE. I paid nearly £300. I would like my money back. I have tried phoning customer services - they, so far, are proving to be as useful as the cartridges. I would NOT recommend cartridge World”

“I was, for many, many years, a huge sceptic of non-brand cartridges. Even when I spoke to Cartridge World personally, I was unable to get myself to accept that the cartridges would not damage, or shorten the life of, my printer. Eventually, due to financial pressure (and a very good offer from Cartridge World, with a verbal guarantee) I caved and bought my first Cartridge World cartridges. I've never looked back and will NOT pay the extortionate prices of the branded cartridges again! The Cartridge World cartridges have been just as good as the originals and I have not had a problem with them. Nonetheless, I am confident that, even if there was a problem, Cartridge World would go out of their way to resolve it. If you haven't tried their cartridges yet, I can honestly say from my experience: "You won't be disappointed."”
