“Overall delivery was great, although a little slower than I’ve been used to in the past (only by a day or two though, and I’ve been spoilt by the excellent hand delivery service at the Oswestry branch in the past which Royal Mail unfortunately can’t quite match) , ordering process was quick and simple however and the Cartridge World pricing has always been the best compared to other high street stores that seem to charge a premium!! I am a repeat customer and will definitely be keeping my business with Cartridge World as they can’t be beaten for service and cost!”

“The delivery was swift and well managed. The printer will not work with the drum supplied and therefore the toner has not been used.”

“Your cartridges fitted into my printer OK as you had said they would but the printdr won't accept them. They also leaked ink all over my.hands in a way I haven't had for years now. Can you tell me if this is a common occurrence, or do you feel any responsibility for this?”

Please can you confirm your printer model and email a picture of the cartridges installed in the printer to customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk so we can investigate further. The only way the cartridges would 'jam' the carriage is if they are not installed correctly and therefore catching the inside of the printer. Kind regards Charlotte
