I bought from cettire last week for the first time Feraggamo sandals and then I read the reviews and I got so scared!
1. Firstly I sent an email to customer service to see if they answer back , and they did like in a few hours very politely answering all my questions!
2. Then the email came with tracking numbers from DHL ( whist is the most expensive and trustworthy) and the shipping country Milan Italy so I started to feel more relieved.
3. The package came today and thank god the sandals were not fake , perfect condition with protective sticker on the Feraggamo metal.
Honestly I was not in the mood to write but I feel the reviews are either not fair or they have changed.”

“They sell fake products. I ordered a pair of Stuart Weitzman Simple Sandals , and it’s different from original one and also different from photo on their size. I have similar model in other color from The outnet and ones from cettire 100% fake. No gold mark on sole, different color and size of furniture, different insole made, no brand tags on wrapping paper. Customer service is terrible too, I ordered shoes 12th December and they didn’t ship it till 14th January, on 11 January I asked them to cancel my order and make refund and they just ignored me and send this fake pair of shoes. And now I need to return it and pay for return 25$ and lose all my taxes 88$ because taxes are not refundable. Skam, don’t buy here.”

“I had a great experience with them. My order was delivered promptly and in perfect condition, but I did end up returning the item due to size issues which was also easy to do. The refund process does take a little longer when compared to some online fashion retailers which is probably why there's so many negative comments. Personally this was not an issue for me.”

Patience is a must when it’s shipping from another country!! They don’t send you a message until it’s ready to ship out of the home location. Because I did message them wondering when I would receive a tracking number- someone reached out and let me know I would be receiving it with in the next day and I did. All these reviews about wrong items and no one reaching out to them. I don’t understand… unless people are always trying to play victim to get free stuff”
