I bought from cettire last week for the… I bought from cettire last week for the first time Feraggamo sandals and then I read the reviews and I got so scared! 1. Firstly I sent an email to customer service to see if they answer back , and they did like in a few hours very politely answering all my questions! 2. Then the email came with tracking numbers from DHL ( whist is the most expensive and trustworthy) and the shipping country Milan Italy so I started to feel more relieved. 3. The package came today and thank god the sandals were not fake , perfect condition with protective sticker on the Feraggamo metal. Honestly I was not in the mood to write but I feel the reviews are either not fair or they have changed.
