“I bought a number of towels, various sizes that were on offer. The quality is fantastic with very quick delivery. It is definitely worth paying a bit more money for quality products as they last much longer. Highly recommended.”

“Christy towels are fantastic quality. They feel very sumptuous. I have washed once (without using softener as I understand that takes away the drying power) and they have still come up excellent with no colour fade.”

“I bought a lovely Christy toweling dressing gown, the quality felt really great. However unfortunately even though it was the largest size in stock it wasn't large enough for me... With great disappointment, I had to return the dressing gown to Christy. I was sent a returns label and received my refund in a very short space of time. Great customer service, and lived up to the no-quibble returns policy.”

“The towels are lovely but my experience with the carriers, Evri, was dreadful. Order dispatched promptly and delivery slot given by Evri. No towels. No towels next day either. I generated an enquiry with Evri on a Tuesday but despite emails from them, no towels by the following Monday. Christy were contacted who sent out a replacement set with a different courier. Prompt delivery. Full marks to Christy, nil to Evri.”
