“Clickinks has taken the prize for the worst scam company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an order on 11/11, order number 11888462, for Brother LC406 Full Set Original Standard Ink Cartridges, at a cost of 134.485. I received 3 separate cartridges in a broken box, of which two were LC 406 and one LC402, the Magenta was missing. I called customer support, waited at least 10 minutes for an agent - obviously in India, told him of my problem, tro which he said he would call me back. That never happened. Three days later I received another LC 402, not LC 406, Magenta cartridge. Clearly the distributor you used for my order, is as incompetent as your customer service. Obviously, not having any recourse to expect a partial refund, or receipt of the correct items. This has turned out to be a very bad expensive experience. John Mascheroni”

“I’ve been a very loyal customer for years but my latest order was to say the least a bit of a problem. I ordered in September , then was told some inks were out of order , I kept receiving statements that my order was complete when it wasn’t. I had to call Cheryl many times . She was concerned and CD worked with me to resolve these issues. I finally received the last cartridge if an original five- six cartridges this week. November . If cartridges aren’t available, your website should reflect that immediately.”

“I ordered a drum for my Brother printer. When I received it, it did not work on my printer although the product description says it is compatible. I called the Customer Service line. Moe helped me and had the full price refunded to me. I will continue to use Clickinks services because they have wonderful customer services.”

“I found this company on the internet about 10 years ago. I have ordered from them about six times for my home usage.
