“The ink cartridges arrived with lightening speed and in good order. However, one of the two black ink cartridges was not recognzed by my Epson printer no matter what I tried. The rejected item was of a different remanufacture location than the others I received. The rejected item's origin was labeled as 'Mexico', whereas the others originated in Malaysia (G&G). The 'G&G' black ink cartridge from Malaysia was readily accepted by my printer and is currently in use.”

“I dont have a problem with the ink, but you didn't send me what I ordered. I wanted color and black with the extra black cartridge and I got 3 black cartridges.”

“In the past you use to take your word when cartridges did not work or you sent a return label so you did not have to go to post office for returns. I order online as it is an inconvenience to go to post office so not happy about this return policy now. Thanks, Sheila Tyler”

“Your cartridges are total garbage. They are remanufactured and my Epson printer won't accept them. You advertise your cartridges as Epson originals, again they are garbage. I put in a claim for a refund with PayPal and got my money back. I can't believe you asked me for feedback !”

Hi Byron, I'm sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. We sell both remanufactured and original Epson versions of these cartridges. If you are looking for originals, you can easily identify them from the original Epson packaging in the image, and the product name describing them as "original". I can confirm that you ordered the compatible versions, which are described and pictured as such. We offer the same guarantee on the compatible inks as we do on the original Epson versions. Should you unintentionally order the wrong product in the future, please reach out to our customer service team, who will be happy to facilitate an exchange for what you want; there is no need to report the transaction to PayPal as unauthorized.

“I purchased all my ink toner cartridges for my Brother printer. Now, I have a Canon Pixma, and I am buying my ink toners from Clicklinks again. Products are good quality and they stand behind their products. I have never had any problems with the toners for my printers. I have been a customer for years. I will continue to buy from Clinklinks.”
