“Reasonable turnaround on my order. After placing I received an email indicating my order did not process. I called back and submitted a second time. I was assured my 1st order DID NOT process. Yesterday I received 2-orders. While Customer Svc was helpful I now have to jump thru some hoops to get an order sent back and CREDITED. Not real happy about that.”

“Ordered replacement cartridges for my Epson WF printer. Upon received over a week after ordering I noticed the computer chip on replacement cartridge was different from OEM. I installed new cartridge, printer did not recognize it. Tried numerous fixes, no good. Contacted Clickinks via chat, they provided some lame fix, as expected, did not work. I'm now waiting over 3 days for return instructions and still no refund. Sorry I got involved with this company.”

“Ordered replacement cartridges for my Epson WF printer, when they arrived I noticed the computer chips on the cartridge were different from OEM; when I installed the clickinks replacement cartridge the printer did not recognize the cartridge. I contacted them, they had me try some lame fix forcing the printer to recognize the cartridge, this if course did not work; I am attempting to get a refund/return and am getting the runaround. If you care considering this company, proceed with caution.”
