“I placed an order for 2 inks. Moments later I got an email that said I could order2 and get a third one free, only pay for shipping. I immediactely respoded to this email and several minutes later I got an email saying yes and there was other GERMAN instructions to an employee, I did not respond in GERMAN, but never the less I got my original order of 2 inks but did not get the third one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To me this is very poor service and tells me to find another supplier. I await your response”
