“They save my day. I had some problems placing my order and inadvertently I had clicked the wrong state. I thought I had gotten it right, but then my order summary came through on my email and I discovered that the wrong state had come back again. I wrote to Clickinks and they rectified that. So grateful!”

“Sloppy beginning (first attempt at purchase was not confirmed by company, so had to go back and restart. Took a lot longer than past experiences I have had with ordering and receiving product, but FINALLY came and the product was as ordered. I installed one of the inkjets and it is of good quality. FYI, many online reviews were quite negative, but so far so good.”

“Unfortunately my ink was not in stock when first ordered so I asked to have the order canceled. I received an email a couple of days later that the ink was shipping. I quickly contacted the company again and was told it was too late to cancel the shipment. I wish the customer service from my original email had been effective because now I have to wait for a refund once my ink get shipped back. I didn’t want to keep the ink because the printer I have been using seems to eat the ink far too quickly, so I am choosing to save money on ink and purchase a no-cartridge printer.”
