“In Nov. of 2023 you tricked me into buy a five pack of reman carts, using a Promo Code. Within 24+ hrs. I received another offer at a larger discount. Both orders were charged to my card and shipped before I could contact anyone to stop the more expensive order. So, I started a almost 3 month email battle with Click. All I wanted was a Pre-paid Simple Return label and a refund to my card. Just like I have received from LD Products. ??? This went on just as Click planned and I was forced to pay my card off and keep both sets of carts. Several have not performed to my expectations and Click told me no return after 30 days? So, Click made it sound that I would Need to use all 10 Carts in 30 days?? Not Good for residential Customers. Bad Business. I requested to speak via phone to your CEO to discuss my issue and Good Business Practice here in the US. I never received a response. I used Click recently for Black Friday and a Black 50 code. I received my carts in Very Cold weather, and I will probably not use them in 30 days. So here I go again, buy at Click and Pray no issues with the Cold carts after 30 days. I like discounts, but I prefer a much better company back up for the product than that at Click. Think about my comments. Click CEO!”

“always order my ink through clicklinks but my last order of cyan wouldn't load properly and kept showing no cartridge. This order works perfectly I will be contacting them for a refund or replacement.”

“I have ordered from Clickinks numerous times. This time I ordered two yellow cartridges for my Brother printer. They arrived a day ahead of schedule. I was displeased as both cartridges were not being recognized by the printer (even with various work arounds). I called and worked with Moe. He had me work through the various workarounds that I had previously tried (with the same results). He also had me try one that I hadn't thought to try previously, but it too failed. So he initiated shipping replacement cartridges. They too arrived reasonably quickly, and at this point I have only inserted one of the two, and I am pleased to say that it is working exactly as it should be. So although there was an issue, the company resolved the matter satisfactorily. I give them a thumbs up and kudos to Moe.”

“Putting ink cartridges in flimsy cardboard boxes in a plastic mailbag is not a good shipping method. My boxes are squished. Order was correct and prompt.”
