“Ive been looking for my HP Ink Cartridges for two months and I was told about your Company by a Relative . So glad , What a Great Company Clicklinks . Great Ink Cartridges and at a Great Value too . “I was on the phone yesterday for over an hour and 20 minutes to follow up on an Order I placed March 9, 2024... No one ever came on the line and there has been no details as to when the delivery will take place!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!”

“I ordered HP inkjets for my printer from Amazon. The cartridges fit, but printer didNOT print. Error message on printer indicated wrong sized cartridge. It was only then, I noted the cartridges were NOT HP. I wrote to Amazon, who apparently notified Clickinks. Before I got an email from Clinkinks, a package arrived with replacement cartridges, which work just fine. Customer service truly superb. Thank you.”

We are going to send you an email to find out what is happening and will be able to provide you with the easy to do trouble shooting to get your cartridge working again. In the rare event this does not resolve the issue we will send you a replacement as you are covered by our years warranty on the cartridge. Kind Regards John
