I have been using Clickinks replacemnt cartridges for my different Pixma Canon printers for over 10 years.I have tried other companies replacement cartridges but come back to Clickinks . Others have provided a lower cost cartridge but they do not seem to last as long as Clickinks. I would recommend Clickinks to others .I do wish that they were less expensive .

Two weeks later and u have not solved my problem with the wrong ink cartridge.

I have always ordered from this online company in the past. Now, my order was wrong and the representatives were rude ( Monica, Constine, Michal.) two days later still waiting for a return slip for the wrong product. I am also waiting for a refund. Sad…. Never again On there end they matched the wrong ink cartridge. I put in the right information.

We believe in providing great customer service and any rudeness from any of our agents is and will not be tolerated. We will listen to any phone calls you made and deal with accordingly any agent who has broken the high standard of customer service we are known for and abide by. Unfortunately on this occasion it does look like you did make an incorrect order as the webpage for your printer has different cartridges advertised against the cartridges showing on your order invoice which is automatically generated when you make an order. The cartridges sent are the ones you did order but we will be providing a return label for you and this will be provided to you. Kind Regards John

Once I got it setup, clicklinks has worked fine. Itdid take a few trys to set up.

I was not aware of any package tracking available, but I don't actually use that very often anyway. Package DID arrive on and in reasonable time and safely. Now if I an ony find that sttings so that my computer will "accept" the newer hardware... Thanks for having a 15 yr. old product available. Onward.

I have replaced 2 of my assortment of ink cartridges and they are fine. I was concerned about them due to the fact that they were different, but all is well~ll. I was pleased with the cost.

The customer service at Clickiinks was really terrific! The person I spoke with was kind, and helpful. The ink is high quality at amazingly low prices!!

Had a very bad experience with ordering replacement cartridges for my Brother printer. When I inserted reapclemet cartridge into my printer received message "No ink cartridge' Went on line with clinkinks and asked Chat to help out. After initial message Chat kept me on line for 25 minutes and never came back. Then called Caht and after 15 minutes of waiting hung up. Clinkinks then sent me a trouble shooting process and still could not successfully loan reaplcement cartridge. Have asked for a refund and have not heard abcj from them. Terrible service!!

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologies that you have had a number of issues happen when contacting us. Agents should and do usually respond to a customer on our chat forum within a minute. Unfortunately due to a technical issue our internet system went down when you contacted us and this is why the contact with agent was cut short and you were unable to contact us by telephone successfully. The agent you were chatting to did however take your details and emailed you with the trouble shooting as soon as our internet service was back up and running. We always contact our customers back if we do in the very rare event unexpectantly lose contact with a customer and the issue being discussed has not been resolved.
