“The ink that I received was also the wrong ink; it shoud have been 240 plain; no xl; now I'm stuck with the wrong ink and can not use the printer. I would like to return all the inks I cannot use and in return, you send the correct one, no charge, and call it a day. I gave you a 4 star rating because of this incident; under normal circustances your are ia 5 star.”

“I very unhappy. The toner you sent me didn't work. I emailed, called and spoke to someone followed up on my email. I am still waiting to hear back from someone about my return authorization. I used to be happy with clickink however I hope someone gets back to me. Ugh!”

“recieved package of ink for my epson printer. One large cartage of black ink 802 xl was leaking in the plastic package and had to be thrown away. How about a replacement.”

“I bought 2 of the Cyan NE-RT0992 C along with 2 of other colors. I needed the Cyan right away. The first one I tried (serveral times) did not work. So I tried another one and thankfully it is working just fine. I hope I don't have issues with the other cartridges. I have gotten my ink cartridges from Clicksink for several years and on occasions I have issues with new cartridges but, for the most part they work fine.”

“None or the 3 cartridges I purchased had any ink. I purchased 2 black & 1 color & could not print one page of my legal document. The documents were time sensitive & I missed my deadline. This is a terrible experience!”

“I received my cartridge 45 and it's working well in my deskjet 960c. I was concerned when I saw 2 states in my shipping address, but when I contacted ClickInks to advise, they corrected it. THANK YOU!”

“As usual, inserted the cartridge with no problem and printed a fairly complex screen precisely. The only problem with the order was USPS delivery. It sat in Jersey City for two days and took 10 hours to get to Springfield MA, Suggest you offer another carrier.”
