“Отличная компания, буду пользоваться еще раз. Только они не написали в электронном письме, что надо сохранить коробку с номером для регистрации теста и мы ее выбросили, поэтому пришлось покупать тест еще раз.”

“Tests arrived quickly but if sending specimens back at weekend very slow to get delivered to laboratory therefore long wait for results. However Alejandra was very helpful on finding results and emailing them on to me.”

“The customer service is great and responded all my queries very quickly. The prices are very reasonable too. The only inconvenience is that getting the results takes quite a while. Maybe could be good to open a branch for day 5 test-to-release somewhere more central. So that people can send friends and get the results faster”

“Service was fine in general. Only it took a bit too long for them to send me the test. But it was waiting for me in my letterbox when I got back from holidays anyway. I got the results back really fast too. I will use their test again soon.”

“The testing instructions process were easy to follow and the deliveries arrived on time. I would have given 5 stars, but I never received an email for the results of my third and final test. I had been expecting an email, as I had received one for each of my previous two tests, so after a couple of days I went looking for it through the online portal. That was easy enough, but it would be more convenient and less frustrating if the process of reading the results was the same for each test.”

“We got 2 x 2 day tests in a "Sale" so the price was £39.00 each which seemed reasonable compared to competitors prices. Was emailed confirmation code which is needed for passenger locater form. Test where delivered just before we got home and came with pre paid priority envelope. All instructions were simple. Sent off on a Sunday and results were emailed on Thursday. So if they continue at sale price then they are one of the cheapest”
