“Tests delivered on time and easy to follow but day 5 result did not come back until day 9. My partner never received her day 8 result.”

“Bought day 2, 5 and 8 tests. Days 2 and 8 are DIY and put in the post. Day 2 results received within 36 hours. Day 8 not received until I chased up more than a week later. Day 5 involved driving to Heathrow for a nurse administered test. The nurse was fine but even though I attended at 09.00 the results were not available until day 6 because tests are sent away for analysis overnight”

“The test 2 and 8 arrived on time. It took a bit longer to process mine. I got my results more than 48h later of reception in the lab. If you are working from home and/or you are not planning to go out for 12 days after arrival this is great testing center. However test day 5 never arrived (their error). I got the refund for it, but what annoyed me a lot was that I needed to call maybe 6 times, for someone to answer the customet service phone.”

“Product and procedure were clear but the time to get the results were a bit long. However this could have been due to the fact that I came in the UK during the Summer Holidays.”

“Fab and fast delivery. I ordered a day 2 and 8 kit. I decided to order a day 5 kit separately. My husband got his results quickly to his email for day 2 and day 5 but for some reason I didn’t receive any emails. Customer service said that this can happen but they don’t understand why. The main problem is the customer service. Very pleasant man that answers queries but impossible to get through. After 20 minutes it cuts you off. It seems like they one person answering the phone. I found the experience very stressful.”

“Good price. Easy test. Very clear kit. However: even though you knew my travel dates you still sent the kits when I was away - had to arrange for my brother to house sit to collect the post during the delivery window as I wasn’t here ....... then once home took a long time to get each result (which granted my freedom from isolation!) so was important. If I posted the test 8am day 5 I wouldn’t get my result until late day 7! Poor !! When emailed chasing results I got told they had only received the box and put into the system late on day 6 but my tracking said it was hours and hours before .........”

“Adequate service, but no email confirmation that test has arrived in lab and VERY slow return of results, losing me a day of work. Would not recommend this service as they currently perform it.”

“2nd day Test: Test arrived in time. I came back from my journey july the 28th, I did the test july the 30 and I sent it the same day. But the result arrived on my email on August the 6th! It took 6 days to receive the test result. Not exactly a quick service! Personal opinion: I believe the mandatory nature of 2nd day test (useful only to complete the PLF…and allow you to travel) makes it useless and looks to me like a new way to tax people.”

“The booking process was convoluted and the program behind it had errors which I complained about but when I finally managed to get it booked it all went ahead pretty well apart from getting confused because there were two Heathrow Marriott hotel in a similar area and I went to the wrong place first.”
