Fab and fast delivery.
I ordered a day 2 and 8 kit.
I decided to order a day 5 kit separately.
My husband got his results quickly to his email for day 2 and day 5 but for some reason I didn’t receive any emails. Customer service said that this can happen but they don’t understand why.
The main problem is the customer service. Very pleasant man that answers queries but impossible to get through. After 20 minutes it cuts you off. It seems like they one person answering the phone.
I found the experience very stressful.
