“Collection of samples from Royal Mail priority box and testing on weekends is not reliable at all I had the results of day 5 and day 8 back with a 12hrs difference!!! Felt in like 5 Day release test was a scam !!”

“Everything was very professional. However the wait to contact someone over the phone took over 30 mins and the delay between sending off tests and getting results took too long sometimes 4 days.”

“Both my wife and I used confirm for our day 5 early release we ordered 2 at home testing kits but only 1 was delivered we had to telephone them to get the 2nd one delivered. We sent our day 5 testing kits of our isolation using the packaging they supplied, but we did not receive the results until late on day 8 .but at least we got our results but I would NOT recommend this company So not that pleased”

“1. Getting the test kit the day before traveller returns home not work for me as there is nobody else to open the door 2. My internet provider (BT) blocks most of your automated emails, so I had to chase for the plf code and for the day 8 results 3. Royal Mail 24h service actually took 2 days (for each test). Not acceptable 4. Your day 2 result template states that the traveller no longer needs to self isolate, which is WRONG ! The self isolation period at the time was 10 days”

“The process of ordering a test was straight forward and easy, however, once I had done my test and sent it away, I waited 3 days on my result which meant I had to take time off work which I was disappointed with.”

“Test arrived on time but we never received our results ! It was a day 2 test so couldn’t be bothered to follow it up as we we’re not isolating and we had no symptoms, also we did a lateral flow test and we were negative. Would’ve been very annoyed if we had been isolating. Not sure we would recommend or use again”

“All went well, had a phone call for both the wife and I everyday, but not once was I asked about my daughter whist we quarantined. I paid £297 for 3 day 2s and day 8s. We also had no calls on day 10. You didn't carry out what we had to agree to.”
