“My COVID 2day test. First I would say that the experience of ordering, paying, carrying out the test and receiving results was excellent. The test cost £59 which seemed to be about OK but only 20days previous it was £39. The code given for the UK location form was CONFI000XXXXXX this was not clear on my phone and I was putting in CONF1000XXXXXX, this caused problems that I did not want, it was pointed out to me via email from Confirm as I could not get to talk to somebody via phone. The date of my return was given as 27th July but the test arrived via DPD on the 26th sitting near to my door for 36hrs. Finally when registering my test results for 9am on 29th it would not accept this date so had to use 28th July again giving hassle I did not want. All in all I would use Confirm test again and knowing the problems would manage better. I would also recommend 2day test to friends.”

“Confirm Testing were helpful when the government rules changed after I had bought my test pack and needed to change it. After lots of back and forth (with one staff member not entirely up to date with the rule changes) I managed to get a full refund for the tests I no longer needed and was able to get my new tests sent out. They use the application Shop to track deliveries but don’t update the whereabouts of the package, which would have been helpful. Otherwise an efficient and good service.”

“Our day 2 test results did not arrive until day 10 (posted on day 2) BUT the problem appears to have been with Royal Mail as it took four days for the completed test to be received at the lab. From receipt the results were received within 48 hours. I chased up the results by email and was happy with the customer service received.”

“Confirm testing kept me informed of the delivery schedule for my day 2 test. They also provided results in the time frame promised. I sent our day 2 tests on a Wednesday morning. I received one result on the Friday and the other result early on Saturday morning. I wasn’t happy with the delivery company DPD, which is why this isn’t a 5* review. The tests were supposed to arrive on Monday 2nd Aug between 4pm-5pm. They didn’t arrive and I got an email to say they had tried to deliver and we were out. This was completely false. There were 5 people in the house at the time! I received an email to say the new delivery time was Tuesday 3rd August 9:30-10:30. Luckily another member of the household happened to glance out of the window at about 9:35 and saw the DPD driver sauntering away from the house after directly delivering a “sorry we missed you” message through the front door! We were able to catch him just before he drove off and so managed to finally take delivery of the tests in plenty of time to take them on Wednesday 4th.”

“Confirm Testing are easy to use, efficient and results are delivered within the time they specify. I have given the review 4 stars not 5 because although Confirm Testing were one of the cheaper companies I could find, they are still too expensive. The price of all testing needs to be much more affordable. Testing companies must be making a fortune out of Covid.”
