“The testing kits all arrived and were okay. The email notification was next to useless, especially the day 5 test to release (the one that you are really keen to get back). Trying to speak to someone to get the test results takes at least 25 mins on hold and then you may as well have not bothered as ‘we don’t have anything to do with the lab’ is the answer you get. So a 2 star review but I don’t know if others are any better.”

“Ordered the testing package in July to use in August, day after ordering prices dropped enormously... but okay! Than I had an e-mail the delivery at my home address of the kit would be two days before returning, so I've changed the date of delivery again, really strange, as the given date of return was filled in correctly. Did the test on day two, had the results 3days after. Now comes the worst part, second day was the 5th of august, so the date of the 8th day is automatically the 11th, that may be clear for everybody, right? Well, did my test, filled in the date in the system and guess what?? Couldn't confirm until the 12th of august, hahaha. As the result came back on the 14th I've had 11 days of quarantine..... Pretty useless I would say, waste of my £114.--”

“My experience as a return customer of Confirm (after the 1st time using was great) has been awful. I only gave 2 starts and not 1 because I did received my tests through post. That's all they got right. The results came like this: day 2 test came on day 5, day 5 test came on DAY 9, day 8 test came on day 12. I have called them multiple times and emailed trying to get a refund for the completely pointless day 5 test that I purchased, still haven't gotten anywhere with that. I am a freelancer that lost 2 days of work because of this. Do NOT recommend, they seem completely overwhelmed by the volumes of tests they are taking. I feel sorry for the most likely overworked staff (one of my result came via email at 3 AM).”

Dear John, The Passenger Locator Form is format restricted and the number has to be copied exactly as supplied in our emails. A few of our customers sometimes erroneously input 1 instead of I (i), which will cause the PLF to reject it. We include language in our confirmation email to say that it is CONFI with the letter i in order to avoid this. The best way to avoid rejection is to copy/paste the reference number directly from the email. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“The 2 day test was done very quickly and efficiently. However the pre-travel in resort test was hopeless. It is expensive and unnecessary (particularly when you can get it done for half the price locally). The on line zoom test didn't work either so well out of pocket!”

Dear Alan, We do not offer an online zoom test, perhaps you have confused us with another company you used. You did use us for a Day 2 and Day 8 test, and I hope your experience with those was satisfactory. We recently started offering, as of this week, pre-travel tests at £25 but they are not via a zoom link and we only started offering them as of Monday this week. “Tests arrived on time. However I was waiting for the results for ages. I sent sample as a priority but it doesn’t seem they were treated as priority. I was self isolating after travelling even more days than supposed to. Day 2 result arrived in 4 days, but day 8 was so delayed so I had to sit at home extra 3 days. 5 days for the result to arrive?? I have never seen that long waiting time. It’s usually UP TO 3 days, and arriving even earlier. But this literally was ruining all the plans, like you never know when they will send it. 10 days self isolation after travelling? Forget about it, you will be sitting at home for 2 weeks.”

“I ordered my test to release kit on a Saturday lunchtime; my test to release day 5 was on Monday. The kit was not delivered until Tuesday afternoon. I processed the kit immediately, but got my negative result late on Thursday afternoon - ironically the same day I had to take my day eight test. Too slow by half. Try a walk in clinic rather than rely on this company.”

“it would have been nice to have been able to give a good report to confirm testing after a good and smooth initial use of your service and the fact that you have some new good products on the market which i would wish to use - however you are sitting on a day 8 refund which is still nowhere in sight after correspondence and not answering your phone - i look forward to your response or better still my refund - cheers ashley whyatt”

“cost me €45 euros which is a bit of a rip off... Whilst abroad and filling out locator form 48 hrs before departure.....the ok locator form would not recognise Confirms pcr identification number. An hour later and needless stress.....they inform me that what actually looks like a '1' is actually an 'I'.....(i). One simple thing like this can stop you filling out locator form...which you cannot get into uk without...!!”

“There is no mention that their website changes to UK time. So when you think you’ve added the correct UK time from a device with a different time it will be changed, extremely inconvenient because if the timings are off your test isn’t valid for your flight.”

“My day “test to release” kit arrived so late, that I was already able to leave quarantine without it. I’m not joking, even the NHS phone advisor that called once a day said this isn’t usual. But the customer service was no help. After I complained and asked for a refund, nobody responded. I paid £70 for this, so I could go back to work and in the end my day 8 was quicker than the test-to-release. The day 2 came on time but the test results where posted in a timeframe longer than they claimed. Despite this being one of the more cost-efficient companies, I would avoid them. A waste of money. The only thing more disappointing than the test system itself was the poor customer service.”

“I purchased day 2 and 8 tests recently and sending emails to chase up the results ( the phone number just referred you back to the website !!! ) I expected the results quicker than day 4 .. both times !! So if you need a answer earlier than day 4 I suggest to shop around”

“All tests were posted out by confirm using DHL. All tests arrived as we got home from holiday. No issues here. However. The disappointment lies with the Day 2 results which came back on day 4 For me and my husband which wasn’t a problem as we were not having to isolate. However my son and his girlfriend experienced real delays. Day 2 test came back on day 5 for him and day 7 for her. They were isolating so it was an issue. Whether it’s postage issues or lab issues who knows but it needs to be a lot better for the costs involved. I cannot recommend this company.”

“Delivery of day 2 test great no problems took my test on a Sunday got my result on the Wednesday at 14.00, which wasn’t that fast, which meant I had to take another test to fly back to Spain on the Tuesday.”

“I recieved the testingkits on the agreed day . The kits are very easy to use end register online . The rest of this process is very poor . I had to wait average 3 days before result was sent and 5 days before the result of my 8 th day test was recieved . £165 is too expensive for this product”
