“Strange when you pay to be tested and you do not recieve u results. This is second time I have booked with confirm and both times I did not recieve my results for day 2 and for day 8 only I recieved for day 5 release since was done on purpose so I find this a complete and utter scam . Surprised you send me to rate. The 2 rating is for your day 5 as the stuff on site were nice and results actually got to me ....rest was one bit scam to charge me and never bother sending results. I will make sure public are aware of the disorganised organisation you are running and scamming”

“They were late for both my tests. I could not leave the house because they delivered my tests days later. I had to call them to get my results. I do mot recommend”

“On opening my day 2 test I found that the instructions inside were conflicting regarding how to package my test. I spoke to a Confirm agent who told me” It doesn’t really matter” this is despite the fact the instructions said to follow them very carefully. I also feel that the instructions themselves should not have been in the cardboard box, as customer’s could just rip open the box without realising the box would be needed to return the tests in.”

Dear James, PCR testing does not take minutes and I am unsure what would have given you that impression. Even the rapid tests take between 15 to 30 minutes, and the tests you ordered are PCR tests not rapid tests. PCR testing is an hours-long process. Not only that, you mail your test and it arrives at the lab the following day so that already adds a day to the results timeline. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

I would like to tell you that I not hpppy with your prosedure you send me the result for day 5 after other company has sended 8day negative result of PCR it not nice . my family use to test so I would like you to do some free test to my family in the nex time we travel because the experiense it not satisfase me Your sincerely. “Purchased the 2-8 day test and the 5 day test to release. I dropped my 5day test into a priority mailbox with Sunday pickup and only received my test results 3 days later. I called on Tuesday, 2 days after posting my test to inquire about my test and was advised that you had not still received it even though is was a guaranteed 24hr shipment. This was purely a cash grab.”

Dear Linda, I have checked your record and it appears you did not register your barcode. Raymond's is registered which is why he got the results. You need to register the barcode in order for your results to be sent by the system. We have responded to your emails. “You need to understand is never 24hours test. Royal mail takes 24hrs to deliver and then confirm can give you the results on that day (less than 24hrs from when confirm receives the test) or the next day (24hrs) or even the day after (48hrs). In my case from the day i made any of the tests I always had to wait 48hrs (24hrs royal mail + 24hrs confirm). If your idea is to buy the 5day release test better not to buy as you will pay a lot to get the result on your 7 or 8 day 😕”

“Test arrived to my house on time for day 2 & day 8 testing however I’ve been out of my quarantine period for a few days now and I STILL have not received a single set of test results back….. not pleased with this service considering I paid £114 for this.”

“Boxes and instructions clear, time scale for test results very poor - typically very close to 48 hours later. I have used many testing services and this is the slowest by far.”

“It was the cheapest test availabe to buy and I could not care less becaue covid testing is bulshit and scam anyway (I could do it myself for free if I wanted to and companies are now just making money out of stupid goverment regulation). So the lowest possible price was my main criteria. The test arrived on time, but my day 2 test results never came and day 8 results (done and posted on day 8 as it cannot be done before it) only came on day 11. Because result came day late, in theroy I should have isolated for extra day.”

“Their Web pages are easy to navigate and their price for the test to release was not as criminally high as other providers, which is the only reason why I haven't given them zero stars. I received my test to release results on day 9 - four days after having posted my test with express Royal mail. This whole testing scheme is a hoax.”

Dear Sara, Sorry you feel this way. You sent your sample on a Sunday, when Royal Mail does not process mail (they may pick up in some areas, but they only send them to the local depot, they do not process them for delivery). This means your parcel was processed on Monday, delivered to the lab on Tuesday, and then had to be tested and you received the result the next day. I hope this better clarifies the timeline of your results. We advise customers not to purchase or post TTR if it falls on a Sunday and to opt for an in-clinic appointment instead, which we also offer. Alternatively, we also offer drop offs at our clinic. “The kit included very clear instructions for use and posting. However, I was quite disappointed by the speed of this service. I was at home quarantining waiting for my kit to arrive and I received an email saying they missed me and will re try the delivery the next day. I was at home all day as I couldn't legally leave so there was no way the driver attempted the delivery and I missed it. So there was already a day delay in doing my test, the next day it arrived after 6pm which meant I had missed the priority post box collection time so I couldn't post my sample until the next day, meaning the delay was then 3 days!”

Dear Diogo, You had sent your Day 2 on a Sunday, when Royal Mail does not process mail. This is why it took 4 days in this instance, as it began processing on Monday, and was delivered to our lab Wednesday evening, with results being issued early the next day.
