Thought it was too expensive and took too long to get results, it should be free to help get things going again.

Dear Iain, Testing, shipping, customer service and operations all cost money, which is why we have to charge for the tests. We are not a government agency, and the testing is mandated by law to protect the progress we have made and keep variants of the virus out of the country. The test arrived next day I ordered, however the result from test day 5 arrived at 19:30 on day 7, plus my son test result didn't arrive yet, so still cannt go out tomorrow until his result arrive

Dear Rocio, We do state the timeline of results for Day 5 on our website. The tests are postal tests so they do not even arrive at our lab till your Day 6 with next day delivery. Then the sample needs to be tested. The earliest results are rendered are either very late on Day 6 or anytime on Day 7, dependent on when your sample arrives at the lab. The day 5 day test should be a next day result people are paying extra to be released early so getting the day 5 test result on day 7 is definitely not good enough

Dear Kieron, We offer next day results for Day 5 if you perform the test in the clinic or drop off your sample. For the postal test, the sample gets to the lab on Day 6 since it is sent using next day delivery, and then requires an hours long testing process, so the earliest results would be sent are late on Day 6 or Day 7. This is all explained on the product page on our website prior to purchase and we also send an email post-purchase to explain the timelines. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Dear Jose, Sorry you were disappointed about the wait times, but allow me to explain what happened with your swab. You sent the sample on 27/06/2021, which was a Sunday. You did not have weekend pickup by Royal Mail in your area, which means your sample was not picked up till Monday 28/07/2021. It was then delivered next day to the lab and was booked in for testing on 29/06/2021 15:21 with the result released at 30/06/2021 16:31. We do state that weekend pickup in some areas is problematic because Royal Mail does not offer it everywhere and this can cause delays to tests. This is why we offer a drop off service at our clinic. The majority of couriers nationwide consider COVID-19 samples to be prohibited material so the only option is to use Royal Mail for this service at this time but we continue to search for a courier alternative. Dear Paul, According to our records all test results were sent to you yesterday. One was sent at 17:34, one t 17:46, and one at 23:45. While tests may be sent together in the mail, this does not mean they all arrive together or are booked in for testing at the same time. The lab will sort test kits individually so they are not cross-contaminated, then they are tested. I have not found a call record with the phone number on your order, but if you had tried calling after hours, this would be why your call was not answered. We answer our phone lines and have many agents online, but there have been increased volumes of calls in recent days so we are receiving hundreds of calls and wait times are slightly longer than usual. I hope this better clarifies. If you have not found your results in your inbox, please check your spam folder as they are sent from an automated system which sometimes triggers the spam filter. Unfortunately, this company did not send out both the test kits I ordered. They stated that both had been delivered but this was not the case. Eventually, they admitted they had made an error. This meant we were not able to conduct the first test until day 2. (There is an option to do the first one a day early). Another issue is that they do not appear to be open at the weekend. The answer phone message states that they will answer shortly. They didn't. Then I discovered that this company is a third party to the actual testing company which I shall use directly on any subsequent trips abroad requiring testing.

For one reason or another I had to phone Confirm almost every day. My calls were dealt with quickly, clearly and politely - even with sense of humour. However the issues we had were all to do with management and administration which did not deliver the "peace of mind" and "certainty in this uncertain time" that Confirm promise. The tests were sent at the last possible moment so that the last one was received too late to get in that days post which meant we had another day of isolation. For DPD the tests should be labeled PRIORITY to be delivered in the morning. In Confirms T&C's it states tests will be delivered by "Royal Mail 1st class tracked" which they are not.

The test arrived well in advanced. I’m afraid that’s the only positive. We took the test and posted on day 5 and within the times for 24 hour tracking. On day 7 we still had no results. I rang and was informed that the delay was due to problems with them receiving post! 🤷‍♀️ We eventually got our results on day 8. Complete waste of money

Had to chase for my day 2 test which didn’t arrive until day 5 after my test to release. Day 12 still waiting for my day 8 results. If I hadn’t had my day 5 test to release I would still be in quarantine. Simply not good enough. Review wasn’t 1 star as I did get a response when I queried my day 2 test results. However no one answers the phone

Very disappointing. I bought the Day 5 Test to Release, I didn’t get my results till 3 days later (on Day 8). I might as well just self isolated for the 10 days. Would not recommend.

Dear Sarah, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. I can see there was a some delay with your swab reaching the lab due to lack of delivery service on a weekend. We do note on our webpage that delays can occur if your home quarantine falls on a Saturday or Sunday you may not receive your results until Day 8, due to the lack of a Royal Mail delivery service. I have looked at your file and see you have been in contact with our Customer Service Team and they let you know that your swab had reached our lab and to expect a result within 24 hours. We then sent you an email with your result 12 hours later. If you faced troubles receiving this, I have forwarded it again. Please be sure to check you junk/spam folders too. i purchased the item which arrived quickly. i had to do my day 5 test on a friday. I called the company to see how long would the swab need to be delivered to them and they said after the weekend unless if i pay for a next day delivery to be delivered on saturday. I did that, however when the parcel was going to be delivered on saturday, no one was there to pick it up. So i paid for an extra delivery for nothing, when I was told that someone will be here to pick it up. the swab was delivered on Monday but this could have happened without paying a delivery fee.

Very poor customer service - received only one response when I attempted to contact your company regarding an issue with a PCR test registry for my day 8 test. The email answer I got was clearly automated and in no way answer my question. Your phone line did not have personnel available to answer my call and I was on the line over 30 minutes before I decided to hang up. If you do not have personnel available to answer calls, it is only courteous notify the customer so they are not wasting their time.

Dear Francis, Sorry to hear you were disappointed. Our test kits ship according to the arrival date you enter on the form. This is to accommodate customers who order while on holiday and are not at home to received kits, so we make sure to dispatch a day before arrival for the kits to arrive on the same day. For Test to Release orders, we ship them to arrive on Day 3 or Day 4. Yours was shipped and arrived with you on Day 4, and we are sorry if this was not made clear to you earlier, but should have been with you in time to perform your Day 5 test. As to your results, your took your sample on the 8th of June, it arrived to our lab on 09/06/2021 21:59 and your result was sent 10/06/2021 14:45. This is well within the timelines stated on the product page. Due to the nature of this test being by mail, the sample would arrive to the lab the day after you send it off, and our lab is delivering results well within the 24 hour timeline. Using DPD who dont ring thebdoor bell when you're in and then havibg tonwait another day is going to lead to problems! Also, arrived from a green list country yet email states need a test on day 8? Wrong.

Dear Neal, I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We use DPD to ensure speedy delivery and to avoid delays with Royal Mail in getting kits to customers. DPD does send a one hour time slot on the day of delivery. We're unable to control whether they have rung the bell or not, but I am happy to report this issue to them to follow up. I am sorry to hear it delayed getting kits to you. I am unsure what you mean about Day 8. None of our emails mentioned that you need Day 8 testing. If you are referring to the text in the results email, this is the mandatory text from the Government and says "IF you have taken a Day 8" and does not say you need a Day 8.
