Total ineptitude. Agreeing with another reviewer that their stock response has been that the kits were not registered correctly. Waited over a week for one result but still haven't received my partner's result. They should be stripped of their status. Difficult to reach on the phone. When I finally did speak to someone they were very sympathetic but it didn't result in getting our results. A Harley Street address doesn't cut it for me. Avoid this company. At a time of crisis with Covid and its variants it is more important than ever that a company dealing with tests operate with the fastest possible turnaround - this company falls well short of the mark I'm afraid.

Still waiting after 7 days for results of day 2 PCR.. This is an utter scam. So much stress and time wasted chasing to no avail. Their stock response is to tell people they haven't registered their kit properly and yet we have the screen shot of the correct registration and can also see from the tracking service that they have revived the test . Please avoid this company. They are just using it as a way of making a great deal of money without providing the service they are selling. If you have used it and are frustrated waiting for results please take the time to report this to trading standards or BBC Watchdog who have already exposed their scamming which resulted in them losing their link up with Easy Jet and ceasing trading for a while last year.

Totally let us down! Ordered two Day 2 fully vaccinated PCR tests to do on our return and when it came to registering them it constantly showed error codes, screen shots below. Calls to the company get dropped after 5 minutes, you can’t leave a message and emails have not been responded to. We are now totally powerless and £90 out of pocket, what a waste of time and money.

No results 3 days after day 2 PCR test was dropped in the lab directly (not to miss 1 more day with mailing). Calling confirm testing during last 2 days - same story every time - 5 minutes waiting then the call is dropped. Got a response to my email from yesterday, it says that I haven’t registered my kit on their website which is not true, as I did it before we dropped the kit in the lab. Tried to register the kit again, got a message “500 Server Error”! What’s now? If you want your plans to be destroyed go to confirm testing, they will do there best to help!

Booked day 2 tests for visitors then told by them that it could take 5 days to get the results - offered to send me tests early to avoid delays ! Even though the visitors were not here to take the tests. Due to advised delays I tried to cancel in good time as results would not arrive until my visitors had returned home. Refund refused even though they are unable to provide service paid for. Avoid this company - very poor service

The delays you are referring to were with the limited Royal Mail service during the holiday period, which we advised our customers about via our website and also email. We offered to send you the kits early to avoid any delays, but you requested a refund as your clients were no longer travelling to the UK. As we explained via email, and according to government guidelines, you are not eligible for a refund in this case as you already have the Passenger Locator Numbers needed to enter the country. ordered 2 tests delivered promptly. However one of the vials was broken and neither test would register saying the tests where invalid or had been used previously. I tried to ring 10 times each time it rang for 5minutes then hung up the option to leave a message was unavailable. I have emailed the company again several times without any response. I need a day 2 test to be able to go back to work. This company is supposed to be approved by the government I will be going to trading standards with this company.

Paid for next day delivery , test didn’t come . When it finally did come the code had already been used so it was a complete scam AVOID!!!!!

I booked a PCR test twice by mistake and I asked them to refund one of the payment but it's been two months and still haven't got my refund. Very disappointed.

My husband's test was returned after 72 hours. My test took 6 days to be returned. Thankfully I was negative - would have found out far too late if I wasn't. Won't use this company again.

Got two day two tests at £ 59.00 each did them on day one and posted them of had to chase results up on day Five and day 7 and on day eight got result Very Poor Service never again !

Dear Katie I have checked your order and you had not registered your barcodes, which is why you did not receive the results. We include instructions to register the barcode in emails, on a sticker on the box, and in the instructions booklet included in the test kit. You must register the barcode in order for it to be associated to your email address to receive the results. If you still have the instructions booklet, the barcode is on the front page and we can register it for you now to retrieve the results. Dear Tim, I have checked the barcode on your order and it appears your sample never made it to the lab. Have you checked your Royal Mail tracking number to ensure that your sample was indeed delivered? Please send us an email with the tracking number so we can investigate this for you, but the reason you did not receive results is because we did not receive your sample.
