“I never received my day 5 test and release results or my day 8 and The first test day 2 took about 5 days to get the results. I would not use this service again.”

Dear Graham, Had you checked your spam folder? We advise in emails to always check the spam folder as the results are sent from an automated system and mail providers like Hotmail sometimes mark it as spam. Your results were sent to you on 06 Aug 07:32 according to our system. I have forwarded them to you again. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

“On description when I buy the test it s says that the results will came next day until midnight. This did not happend, the first result came on the 4 th day after and so. I am very disappointed.”

“Scammers BEWARE RIP OFF!!! Day 2 arrives day 5 so pointless so I said refund and got told basically you got what document you require to fly so who cares??? Nothing you can do legally it’s a scam pay £59.99 just so you get booking ref to be able to get on a flight it’s all a moneymaking scam that the Uk government allows. NO REFUND BASICALLY TOLD GO AWAY YOU GOT HOME DIDNT YOU SO STOP MOANING”

“Not happy with the service at all. Used confirm testing for test to release and it took 4 days to get my result back. I also complained about this and no one helped or apologised for the poor service. Would not recommend or use again.”

“Very poor service when it comes to speed . I got my release test result 1 day before my 10 -day quarantine. I was very disappointed. Never again! Such a waste of time, stress and obviously- money .”

“I got my testing kit the next day but Confirm Testing delivered my test-to-release result on my day 8. I wouldn't really rely on it for test-to-release. My day 5 was a Saturday and although they state that Royal Mail deliveries delay on the weekends, they delivered my result on Tuesday morning which is 3 days later than the day I took the test.”

“I paid for the 5 day test but received a 2 and 8 day test which I did not need. Also, the box came with my name and another persons name on the box, meaning someone was careless in fulfilling the order. Anyway, I did o Ev test and sent back with a note. The test results was provided promptly. ( which was better than another company I used for the day 2&8, which lost the day 2 sample). With these errors, I wonder how the samples are handled. I do not recommend any of these home tests companies.”
