Abysmal. Only received day 2 kits for our family and nothing for day 8. Impossible to get hold of anyone to do anything about this. Paid for goods not provided. Simply a rip off. How on earth can a right minded government approve companies that act like this is, giving a licence to make money with no control or oversight?! Will be interested to see if this gets published.

Dear Ian, I have checked your order and you only ordered Day 2 tests for Fully Vaccinated Amber Arrivals. You did not order nor pay for Day 8 tests, which is why you were not provided with these. Delivery was fine but processing was outrageously slow that I had exited quarantine by the time I got my result for 5 day release. Really WHAT is the POINT of all these poorly executed very expensive private tests. You and the government should be ashamed of yourselves. And what is the point of only asking about the delivery of the item rather than the processing time. That's just to make you look better than you are

I wouldn’t recommend if you want to do test to release. It took about 4 days for each of my test results to come back. Very disappointing.

Paid for 2 day 5 day and 8 day test, completed all three tests and sent the off. Only received the result from the 2 day test. The whole system is flawed..

I did order for day 5and was coming in day 10 when guarantine was finish.So I lost 60£.😕

You never sent me my day 2 test on time. I only received it after 2 phone calls that lasted 2 hours. I never received my day 5 test to release result. I received my day 8 test result 4 days after I sent it off. In all the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don’t worry I have told as many people as I could possible never ever to use your company.

Tests have taken a month to dispatch and are now too late. Had to make alternative arrangements. The Operative with whom spoke on the phone lied to me on two separate occasions saying that DPD had tried to deliver them. They could not produce any evidence to support that. Only today 30 days after order did I receive a shipping notification that they have been dispatched. I am trying to get a refund which they are refusing and will unfortunately end with action by my credit card company or a court claim.

I paid £120 for two Day 2 tests prior to our holiday. When I came to input the reference code into the Passenger Locator Form to return to the UK, there wasn’t one given to me! Both I and the staff at the airport couldn’t find it if any of the three emails I was sent. I ended up having to buy some more tests from a different company via the airport to complete the form! Another £120! A very stressful situation. Really not happy.

Dear Elizabeth, I have checked your order and you have not registered your barcode according to the instructions given, which is why you did not receive results. Barcodes must be registered in the system in order for the result to be associated with your email account and for it to be sent to you. Should you still have your instructions booklet, the barcode is on the front page and we could still register it for you if you email us at info@confirmtesting.com Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Considering my day 8 result didn’t come back until day 12, I’d say this is a poor poor service. Won’t be using again. Plenty of competition out there

Would not use again or recommend. Test results took very long- three days. Not flexible in any way on changing tests when rules changed. Stay away!

I am still to receive the results of children's PCR 2 day tests after returning from holiday three weeks ago!! There is no answer from the telephone line and my emails have been ignored!

Dear Amber, I have checked your order and you had not registered either of the barcodes for your children according to the instructions we sent, which is why you did not receive a result. I also checked our system for any emails from you and it appears you replied to the confirmation email which comes from a noreply@ email address. This means it does not enter our system if you reply back to it and we would have only seen it if we search for your email address. This is why you did not receive a response. Please email info@confirmtesting.com with the barcodes of the two tests so we can register them for you and retrieve your results. Wishing you continued health, Confirm Testing

Tests arrived in time 3X DAY 2 TOOK 2 DAYS TO COME BACK 1X DAY 5 BACK IN 2 DAYS BUT 2X DAY 5 TESTS CAME BACK AFTER 10 DAYS...USLESS AND WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY 1 DAY 8 TEST BACK AFTER 2 DAYS. 2 DAY 8 TESTS BACK AFTER 4 TO 5 DAYS...UNACCEPTABLE TO BE HONEST FOR 500 GBP I EXPECTED A MUCH BETTER LEVEL OF SERVICE. I FEEL THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDED AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL.OF SERVICE AT ALL. I WILL.NEVER RECOMMEND YOU.

Very unreliable. - I wouldn't recommend! I received my day 5 test results on day 7 (I could have saved myself some money by not ordering a day 5 test in the first place) and I NEVER received my day 8 results. Don't bother calling their customer support line - you'll be lucky if you get through to anyone and even if you do, they can only tell you if your swab was tested, but not if it ever arrived to the lab. Overall, a frustrating and slow experience...
