“I am appalled and disgusted with the treatment I was given! I ordered a day 2 test and I have been told through this email thread that it arrived on dat 5 when i was already gone to the north. Please help! At least I'm expecting my money back! I had to go a lot of hassle to manage to find a day 2 test since London was invaded with people for EURO2020 Final. I've already contacted you and it seems you didn't care less...”

“I paid for 2 x day 2 tests, for myself and my wife. They both had the same reference number, when I registered my test online there was no problem, I couldn’t register my wife’s test online due to having the same reference number, I phoned the number given on your website eventually got through, and was told it was sorted, we then submitted my wife’s test. I received my results after a couple of days, that was more than 2 weeks ago we are still waiting for my wife’s results”

“My Days 5 and 8 results were received on Friday, 23rd July, six days after I departed the UK. Confirm Testing woefully failed to provide the services for which I paid. I have begun the process of strenuously disputing the charges, which will include filing a complainant with UK authorities.”

“On return from Netherlands and good service from all previous providers , I bought my day 2 and 8 kit from confirm. My day 2 kit was delivered on time but the results were late. The day 8 test was delivered and sent back on the correct day but I have never had a result. Was unable to get through to confirm so had a test done elsewhere. In short your service was despicable and a rip off. I do not wish to have any further communication with your company”

“Not happy received results for first test , but not for day 8 , so ideally I should have a refund as only received half of what I paid for , feels no ripped off”

“As a start, I was waiting for day 2 test results for 6 days. I've called call center and Thu guy on the phone did talked to me in really sarcastic way, he was quite rode. I have never received day 8 test results. Apparently I have not registered, but I did register for sure. I have asked for compensation, didn't get any.”

“Absolutely atrocious service. Results took 3-4 days to receive back which entirely defeats the purpose of the service. Overpriced scam would be an understatement. Get your tits together.”

“What a shocking company to deal with! Booking reference: CONFI0026604 They never respond to emails. I even gave them 24 hours before writing this review and they still never replied. My day 2 test arrived damaged I phoned (you wait on average 20 minutes to get, I know as I have phoned 4 times in total). Each time someone was going to talk to a manager and telephone me back. They never have and have never responded to the 8 emails I have sent dating back to the middle of July I now just want my money back but I can't seem to get a refund.. it really feels like I've been scammed My advice; use another 1 of the 100's of companies that are out there providing tests.. Maybe this review will now enable me to get my money back. I'm not holding out though!”

“Day 2 test posted Sunday 8 July, result still not available as of 4pm on 12 July. Called and was told there was a technical issue and email promised. Day 5 test to release sent 11 July and showing as delivered on 12 July at 1pm. When I called, although it shows as delivered on the Royal Mail site, this apparently doesn't mean it has arrived at the lab. Unacceptable. All of the friends on the same trip who used other testing companies have their results already.”
